Third Target (Pharmakokinetiks)

The third target of the Pharmakokinetiks mission is an NPC with unique dialogue. He is found in the laboratory with a Knifer and fleshrats. While his location could suggest that this target is a lab technician, their dialogue supposes that perhaps this target is being held in the lab against their wishes.

They only appear on Hope Eradicated difficulty.

Trivia[]

Because he seems to be held against his will, he may be the genetic "father" of all fleshrats. His flesh color is the same as the rats.
Due to him being unavailable without Hope Eradicated, he may have been held in an undisclosed location in the lab, hidden away from society until he is able to free himself.
