The Third Target of Androgen Assault is a Bouncy Castle with a flashing, effects-heavy texture. They can be found behind the Hope Eradicated door above the spiral, seemingly guarding the Cortical Scaledown+.
This bouncy castle uses a special flamethrower attack instead of spitting goo at the player, making it particularly deadly.
They only appear on Hope Eradicated difficulty.
When gibbed, they drop an active grenade that explodes.
