Sir John Oliver II

Sir John Oliver II, the Primordial Engine of Suffering, The Punishment Encrypter of the Lower Plains is the main target of Darkworld. He is a passive Darkworlder civilian with green eyes instead of red. The entire mission was Oliver's idea, seeking to be killed by Cruelty Squad as a form of entertainment for himself.
