Psychogenic controllers, or Psykers, are vaguely human-shaped gunmen armed with New Safety M62s. Their head is spread open like a book.
They walk slowly toward the player once they are alerted until they are within firing range. Once they've locked onto the player and have a visual they will cause the player's vision to focus in a circular pattern around the psyker, making manual aiming impossible and forcing the player to focus on the psyker before dealing with any other enemies. This effect also causes the player to randomly discharge their weapon.
Notable Psychos[]
- The Ambassador is a unique permanently killable psyker which appears in Trauma Loop and wields a ZKZ Transactional Rifle which can quickly instagib the player if they happen to be holding a lot of money in the Stock Market. On Hope Eradicated difficulty, there is an additional ambassador beneath the bookshelf elevator who is not permanently killable.
- Sir Fatberg in Casino Catastrophe is a psyker wearing a green dress shirt and a tie.
