Number Two

Number Two is the Chief Technology Officer and one of the targets of Office mission. They wear a red rubber mask and reside in their office on the subdivision of the building labeled with a 2. It is presumed that they are one of the "four sub-archons" mentioned by The Handler during the mission briefing.

From their dialogue it appears Number Two prioritizes sadism and suffering with glee, idealizing the concept of hell both "as a mindset and as something to strive for, in an organizational sense."
