Earl is a target of Neuron Activator. He is a passive civilian with a green rubber party suit. He can be found in a somewhat isolated office connected to the dance club.

  • Earl's office has a green computer displaying a blue LIFE screen. This suggests Earl has been following the "CEO Mindset" parallel to The Protagonist before their crossing.
  • Earl wears a green latex suit. His office is furbished a green interior with a green webbing floor, green desk and chair, which is similar to Sir Fatberg, the Landlord, and the High Priest.
