Death Procedure Receptionist

The Death Procedure Receptionist is an NPC who works for Pure Optics. He is only found on the Hope Eradicated difficulty in a building across from the Pharmakokinetiks building on the mission of the same name. He greets the player and explains the procedure for the DEATH Mode upgrade.
