Burt Grundel

Burt Grundel is an accountant at Cruelty Squad Headquarters. He has his own office complete with a corkboard and desk.

He was formerly tasked with managing security at the Cancer City Megamall for Bill Gurney's rally until the politician was assassinated by the Protagonist. Grundel appears in Cruelty Squad Headquarters after Mall Madness, now hired as an accountant.

When Burt Grundel is killed he does not reappear unless the game's save data is erased or modified, even if you restart the mission. He will be killed if the level is started on Hope Eradicated difficulty.
