Bioslaves are mutated, naked Civilians who communicate only in streams of capitalized A's (also known as "screaming.") Their faces have been replaced with a malformed mass of veiny flesh with three of what seem to be (or have been) eyes. When bioslaves die they explode into green toxic gas clouds.
Bioslaves share many similarities with Knifers: they are both called "mutants" in the map files, they both have three eyes, and they both explode into toxic gas clouds upon death.
